Dear Mr. Herbein:
Technical Specification 4.3.3.4 is hereby amended to permit the channel calibration currently required to be performed by no later than April 29, 1979, to be extended to no later than 14 days following establishment of stable conditions in cold shutdown.
This one time extension does not include relief from the requirements of Technical Specification 4.0.2.6 during subsequent surveillance time intervals.
