REPORT OF ACTIVITIES AT 'DIREE MILE ISLAND at the To assist Region I in documenting the total iE involvement
- TMI Site during the Unit 2 Recovery Operation, it is requested that you have each member of your staff who spends time at the TMI Site provide me with a summary report of his activities while at the Site.
The report should include the following:
1.
Narrative of time at the TMI Site - arrival time, times on duty, departure time.
2.
Summary of activities per formed while on duty.
3.
Comments or observations regarding licensee operations at the Site.
4 Comments or observations regarding IE and/or NRC operations at the Site.
The assistance which you and members of your staff have provided and are continuing to provide to Region I during these difficult timer is much appreciated. We are attempting to reduce our activities at the Site as nlan' operations permit, but it is likely that we will continue to need your <.sistance for some time to ccme.
