Metropolitan Edison Company - Docket 50-320 Three MI'e Island Nuclear Station - Unit No. 2 Middletown, Pa.
Based on our evaluativo of the current status and operational require-ments of the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station - Unit Nos.
2, we hereby issue the following temporary change to the Technica' Speci-fication with regard to operability of the RB Emergency Cooling booster pumps.
Section 3.6.2.3.d of the Technical Specification shall be
- r. hanged to read as follows:
3.6.2.3 d.
With all RB Emergency Cooling Bo7 ster pumps i nope rabl e,
operation may continue provided that RS temperatore is maintained less than 130 F and RB pressure is naintained no greater tnan -0.3 psig.
Fan-coil units shall be maintained operating during this time.
Mode applicability is 3 and 4
