MOTION TO REOPErl SAFETY HEARIf!GS Save The Valley-Save Marble Hill, hereinafter called ST -SMH, for good cause and pursuant to Section 2-206, 10 CFR, Part 2, petitions the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation to institute a proceeding pursuant to Section 2-202 to suspend and revoke a construction permit (license) for the proposed Marble Hill Nuclear Power Plant for the following reasons:

1.

On March 28, 1979, the Three Mile Island Nuclear Power Plant located near Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, recorded a nuclear accident that.esulted in radiation permeating through four (4) feet of concretc into the biosphere.

2.

That particular inspection of the Marble Hill concrete to determine i.ta porocity-and tensile strength in all safety-related 7905160N(h h
