REVISIONS TO DRAFT LETTERi AND NOTICE ON "ARSLE HILL REQUEST.
Letter to Recuester:
Eliminate the draft's second sentenct and replace with the following:
"We also received on April 4,1979, your petition to institute a proceeding to suspend or revoke the construction permits for the Marble Hill facility.
Both your motion originally addressed to the Appeal Board and your latest petition will be treated under 10 CFR 2.206 of the Cc=nission's regulations, and accord-ingly, we will inform you of our decision within a reasonable time."
Letter to the Licensee:
Add the follcwing after the first sentence:
"Save the Valley has also petitioned the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation to suspend or revoke the construction per-mits for the "arble Hill facility.
This request will also be treated under 10 CFR 2.206 in conjunction with the earlier motion."
Add after the word " motion" in the last sentence of the draft:
", the latest petition,"

Add. to the end cf the first paragraph:
"Save the Valley-Save Marble Hill has also petitioned the Director of Nuclear Reactor R.eCu!ation to suspend er revoke the constructicn permits issued for the "arble Hill facility.
