Vassa1lo, Chief, Light Water Reactors Branch No. 4, DPM ACCEPTANCE REVIEN OF IliE APPENDIX I INFORMATION FOR THREE !!ILE ISLAND N1' CLEAR STATION, l.CIIT NO. 2 Ne have performed ocr acceptance review of the information provided by the licensee for Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit No. 2, dated June 4, 1976, to =eet the requirements of Section V.B of Appendix 7 to 10 CFR Part S0. ne licensee has not provided all of the information needed to perait evaluation of Section II. The licensee indicated in his trans:nittal letter and in subsequent telephone conversations that additional info mation responsive to our questions would be submitted by approximately July 6, 1976; however, as of this date, the information has not been received. ne licensee's scheduled July 6,1976 submittal should cover his evnluation of the plant's cap.ibility to meet Section II, his description of cost-benefit parameters and data, and his description of meteorological data, parameters, models, and airflow trajectory regimes.
The Radiological Assessment Branch, the flydrology-Meteorology Branch, and the Effluent Treat:sent Systems Branch will need the infornation noted above before they can ecspleto their acceptance reviews. Le Effluent Treat =ent Systrs Branch requires additional infor--ation to complete their detailed evaluation. The questions are enclosed.
