THREE MILE Ic' ^2iD NUCLEAR STATION - UNIT 2 DOCKET NO. 5-AMENDMENT NC Attached are three signed orig. als and thirty-two conformed copies of Amendment No. 23 to the Application for the Operating License for Three Mile Island Nuclear Station Unit 2.
The Amendment consists of responses to First Round Safety Review Questions, certain Acceptance Review Questions and other questions pertaining to seismic, geological, and foundation engineering features of the unit.
A listing of revised pages and directions for their incorporation into the FSAR is also attached.
A schedule of responses was included with Amendment 22 submitted November 19, 1974. Although not all responses scheduled for Amendment 23 are being subnitted at this time, some of these scheduled for later amendments are included in Amendment 23.
A revised schedule of.erponses to remaining questions is attached.
Attached also is one signed copy of a certificate of Service of Amendment No. 23 to the chief executive of the township and county in which the facility is located, to two members of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Panel, and to the Chairman of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Panel.
