Dear Sir:
I am writing you regarding procedures taken by the Nuclear Engineers regarding the cooling down of the Reactor at 3-M11e, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
On Saturday, March 31,,
the day the crisis was at its worse, I called the Atomic Regulating Commission, here in Chicago, regarding using oxygen to deplete the hydrogen bubble; being that oxygen and hydrogen form water.
They had one of the Commissioners from the A.R.C.
call me and I told them ny idea.
He thanked me and said he would pass the information on.
Perhaps many others thought of this, however, I was one of those who thought of it first and I feel I should be given j
