This supplecents my ceaorandum of April 3,1979 to you regarding sut:mittal j
of informtion on the Three Mile Island-2 incident to those Boards consider-ing cases involving BaW reactors.
Since that date IE Bulletin ilo.79-05A, dated April 5,1979 (enclosed) was issued. This new Bulletin clarifies and extends the original Culletin.
Also enclosed are Prelicinaty liotifications, P:iG-67I, J, X, L, M. N and P (note the letter 0 was not used)..

In c;y opinion, this is. strictly an IaE matter to assure that the examination procedures cited are. conducted in accordance with requirunents.
In my view this does not raise any new issue and therefore, unless 13E informs me that this catter has generic implications, I do not reccx,end l
that any Boards should be infomed.
Strictly speaking, Three Mile Island Unit 1 is under the jurisdiction of DOR; therefore, the view expressed above is try own personal one.
