Gentlemen:

This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. L. Cage of this office on

Decc=ber 16-18, 1975 at Middletown, Pennsylvania of activities authoriced

by NRC License No. CPPR-66 and to the discussions of our findings held

by Mr. Gage with Mr. Ecuard of your staff at the conclusion of the

inspection, and to a subsecuent

and Mr. W. Cunn of your staff on Dece=bertelephene discussion between Mr. Cage

. Arers e_xamined during this inspection are described in the Office of

Inspection and Enforce =ent Inspection Report which is enclosed with this

letter. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective

examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with

personnel, and observations by the inspector.
