This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. Folsom of this

office on October 22 and 23,1974 at Middletown, Pennsylvania

of activities authoriced by AFC License No. CPPR-66 and to the

discussions of our findings held by Mr. Folsom with Mr. Heward

and lir. Wright of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.

Areas examined during this inspection are described in the Regulatory

Operations Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter.

Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective excminations

of pro &dures and representative records, interviews with personnel,

and observations by the inspector.
