Centlemen:

This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. Folsom of this

office on July 9 and 10,1974 at Middletown, Pennsylvania of

activities authorized by AEC License No. CPPR-66 and to the

discussion of our findings held by Mr. Folscs with Mr. Heward

and Mr. Avers of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.

Areas examined during th .s inspection are described in the Regula-

tory Operations Inspecticn Report st.ich is enclosed with this letter.

Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective exc=inations

of related records, interviews with personnel, and observaticns

by the inspector.

Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or safety ite=s

were observed.

In accordance with Section 2.790 of the AEC's " Rules of Practice",

Iart 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this

letter and the enclosed inspection report trill be plar.ed in the

AEC's Public Docu=ent Roc =.
