UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY CCNMISSION DOCKET NO. 50-320 METROPOLITAN EDISON COMPANY JERSEY CENTRAL POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY PENNSYLVANIA ELECTRIC COMPANY NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMENEFINT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Cocmission (the Corm 11ssion) has issued /cendment No. 7 to Facility Operating License No. OPR-73, issued to Metropolitan Edison Ccepany, Jersey Central Power and Light Ccxnpany, and Pennsylvania Electric Ccepany, which revised Tech-nical Specifications for operation of the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit No. 2, located in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. The amendr.ent is effective as of its date of issuance.
The amendment deletas an environmental condition in the license requiring detailed program description of the creel survey comparison of ichthyoplankton sampling gear, aerial remote sensing, and NRC non-routine requiranents which has been met. It also makes a mince adbinistrative change in the Appendix 8 technical specification. -

The Comission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Commission's rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are set forth in the

Prior public notice of this amendment was not required since the amendment does not involve a significant hazards censideration.
The Cocmission has detemined that the issuance of this amendment will not result in any significant environmental impact and that pursuant to 10 CFR I 51.5(d)(4) an enviren= ental f= pact statement, or negative declaration and enviromental impact appraisal need not be prepared in connection with issuance of this amendment.
