J. Vann, GPUSC R. Lee, GPUSC M.Fairtile, AEC:L B. Washburn, AEC:L Discussion of item 3-1/5.2.8 cnd T.S. 4.2, transmitted by letter of March 18,1974, nagarding the inservice inspection program for reactor coolant system compcnents.
The applicants were furnished the folicwing infomation:
1.
We need a response to 3-1 in two parts; one to satisfy our safety evaluatien and one to be incorporated in the Technical Specifications.
2.
Applicants first respcnse to 3-1 should be a commitment to set up an inservice inspection program and statements of the goals and proposed approach to be folicwed. This should be submitted not later than August i, 1974.
3.
The applicant's second response shculd provide the program details.
This infomation is required for incorocration in the Tech Specs. Applicant will crovide an estimate of his target date for submittal following an internal meeting on this subject on May 15,1974.
