The construction permit for til-2 vas issued en Noveber 4, 1963 Be 211-2 operating license applicaticn was tendered on February 15, 19 74 for the acceptsace review and was found suf ficiently corolete to permit docketing and initiation af our review in most, but not all sections. Le applicants were infor:ed on March IS,197'.
of these findin;;s and of additional infor=ation required. The application was docketed on April 4,1974. A schedule fer submittal of the additional inforsation was de reloped with the applicants. Rese submittals have been considered in the develop-ment of the proposed radiological safety revice schedule.
The prooosed til-2 radiological review period of 18.7 months acarts with the acceptance and docketing of the application and ends with the Lssuance of the supplenent to the Safety Evaluation Report. A proposed start of the actual review at 1.6 ncnths af ter docketing persits unifora and co=catible milestones scheduling in all review branches while conforming to the schedule for st.hnittal of recuired additicnal infornation. Le enclosed schedule considers a centested hearing with a prospective decision date approrbtelv 24 months from docketing. Le prospective decisien date of March 29, 1976 is consistent with the applicants ' proposed fuel load date of April 1,1976.
