Rebelowski of this office on June 28-30 and July 1,1977, at Three Mile Island, Unit 2, Middletown, Pennsylvania, of activities authorized by NRC License No. CPPR-66, and to the discussions of our findings held by Mr. Rebelowski with Mr. Toole and other members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection, and to a subsequent telephone discussion between Mr. Kellogg of this office and Mr. Toole on July 5, 1977. Areas examined during this inspection are described in the Office of < Inspection and Enforcement Inspection Report which is enc'esed with this Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with letter. personnel, and observations by the inspector.
