This refers to the inspection conducted by Messrs. A. N. Fasano and T.

A. Rebelowski of this of fice on September 14-17, 1976 of activities

authorized by NRC License No. CPPR-66 and to the discussions of our

findings held by Mr. Rebelowski with Mr. Toole of your staf f at the

conclusion of the inspection.
