L i c. h t Como.any (Jersey Central)r Metropolitan Edison Company (Met-Ed), and Pennsylvania Elec tr ic Como. any (Penelec) filed on behalf of the three companies an application to amend Construc-tion Permit CPPR-96 to authorize a change in ownership of Forked River Nuclear Station, Unit 1.
