This ref ers to the inspection ccaduct2d by 'ir. Varela of this office
en 1:ay 14-17, 1974 of acti.-ities authorized by AEC License ?:o. CPPR-66
and to the discussicas of our findings held by 1:r. Varela with !!r. Gunn
and 'ir. Stromberg of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection included: containment building ring
girder concrete placenent, inspection and record audit of decay heat re-
moval systems' cechanical components and, audit of codifications to con-
tainment building done liner. Withi.n these areas, the inspection
consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative
e
records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Our inspector also verified the steps you had taken to correct the vio-
lation brought to your attention in a letter dated January 21, 1974 follow-
ing our inspection of January 9-11, 1974.
