This version represents what the staff considers is the final version of this specification. It incorporates changes proposed in your letters of April 1 and of April 29, 1977 which the staff agreed to accept. Enclosed also are specific staff responses to your suggested changes.
Please note that the suggestad data reporting for.nats have been deleted and that Sections 5.1, 5.2, and 5.3 are now prescriptive rather than being staff coments. The 401 certificata is noted by reference rather than being attached and specific report levels for paranters that are liaited pursuant to FWPCA have been deleted.
