DVassallo Enclosed are three copies of the most up-to-date draft of the proposed non-radiological Environmental Technical Specifications (ETS) for Three Mile Island, Unit No. 2 (TMI-2). Please review them and give us your response by April 1,1977.

In our letter to you of December 14, 1976 we have requested that you transmit to us your oroposed radiological portion of the Technical Specifications for THI-2. To data we have not received it.

In order to incorporate the radiological portion into the ETS in a timely manner we need it from you no later than April 1,1977.

If you have any questions on this matter or if you wish to discuss the proposed ETS with our technical staff please contact Pr. Jan A. Norris, Environmental Project Manager, (301) 443,6990.
