APPDiDlX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION h
Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted on August 27-29, 1975, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full compliance with conditions of your NRC Facility License No. CPPR-66 as indicated below:
Contrary to 10 CFR 50, Appendix B, Criterion V and Section 17.13 of the FSAR:
a.
Storage of safety related expansion joints in the laydown storage area were not inspected in accordance with established procedures and were not properly protected, b.
Access to the reactor vessel was not controlled in accordance with established procedures.
This item was resolved prior to completion of the inspection.
This item is a deficiency.
