UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION DOCKET NO. 50-320 METROPOLITAN EDISCN COMPANY JERSEY CENTRAL POWER & LIGHT COMPANY PENNSYLVANIA ELECTRIC COMPANY NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF DRAFT SUPPLEMENT TO THE FINAL tNVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT FOR THREE MILE ISLAND NUCLEAR STATICN, UNIT 2 Pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission's regulations in Appendix D of 10 CFR Part 50 notice is hereby given that a Draft Supplement to the Final Environmental Statement prepared by the Commission's Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation related to the proposed operation of the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 2, located in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, is available for inspection by the public in the Commission's Public Document Room at 1717 H Street, N. W., Washington, D. C. and in the Government Publications Section, State Library of Pennsylvania, Education Building, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The Draft Supplemental Statement (NUREG-0066) is also being made available at the Pennsylvania State Clearinghcuse, bovernor's Budget Office, Intergovernmental Rela-tions Division, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and at the Tri-County Regicnal Planning Commission, 2001 N. Front Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Requests for copies of the Draf t Suoplement to the Final Environmental Statement should be addresset to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissicn, Washington, D. C., Attention: Director. Divisicn of Site Safety and Environmental Analysis.

.iotice of availability of that Environmental Report was published in the FEDERAL REGISTER on May 20,1975 (40 F.R. 22022).
On December 6,1972, the Atcmic Energy Cc= mission issued a Final Environmental Statement (FES)'related to cperation of Three Mile Island fluclear Station, Units 1 and 2.
The Draft Supplement is being issued to update the information on Unit 2 as presented in that FES.
Pursuant to Appendix D of 10 CFR Part 50, interested persons may submit ccmments on the Applicant's Envircnmental Report, Operating License Stage, as supplemented, and the Draft Supplement to the Final Environmental Statement for the Ccamissian's consideraticn.

State, and various local agencies are being provided with copies of the Applicant's Environmental Report and cha Draft Supple ental Statement (other interested persons or agencies may obtain these dccuments upcn" request).
Comments are due by September 13,1975.
