DCCKETS N05. 50-352 AND 50-353 RECUEST FOR ORDER TO SHCW CAUSE Notice is hereby given that by Petition dated August 23, 1976, The Environmental Coalition on Nucles.r Power filed a request for an Order to Show Cause why Construction Permits Nos. CPPR-106 and CPPR-107 should not be suspended. The requested order would be issued to Philadelphia Electric Company for the Limerick Nuclear Generating Station Units Nos.
1 and 2.
In accordance with the procedures specified in 10 CFR 2.206, appropriate action will be taken on this request within a reasonable time.
A copy of the request is available for inspection in the Comission's Public Document Room, 1717 H Street, N. W., Washington, D. C.
