1974, indicated tha: the fluid block and penetratien pressurizati:n systems had not been included in the design of this f acility.

Your representatives had called cur attention to this change during the March 19, 1974 =ceting held to discuss our acceptance revieu of the FSAR.

These systers vere included in the Preliminary Safety Analysic Report (PSAR) which vas used as the basis f or cur Safety Evaluatien and issuance of the construction permit fo r T:II-2.
