Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) has requested a closed technical exchange meeting regarding the API 000 structural reconciliation process. The purpose of this letter is to transmit the non-proprietary and proprietary presentation material that will be used to facilitate the August 13, 2019 technical exchange. is Westinghouse CAW-19-4921, Application for Withholding Proprietary Information from Public Disclosure and Affidavit, Proprietary Information Notice and Copyright Notice. The affidavit sets forth the basis upon which the information may be withheld from public disclosure by the Commission and addresses with specificity the considerations listed in paragraph (b)(4) of 10 CFR Section 2.390 of the Commission's regulations.
