By letter dated May 22, 2019, TN Americas LLC submitted an application for renewal of the Certificate of Compliance No. 1029 for the Standardized Advanced NUHOMS Horizontal Modular Storage System for Irradiated Nuclear Fuel. This email acknowledges NRC receipt of your application. The application was declared in NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) on May 29, 2019 (ADAMS Accession No. ML19148A484).
The NRC staff has started its acceptance review of the application for renewal of the Certificate of Compliance No. 1029. Our goal is to notify you of the results of our acceptance review within 30 days.
