Chapter 5 Revised to include irradiated fuel as part of the approved content. The text, tables, and figures pertaining to irradiated hardware and byproducts, and to cobalt-60 isotope rods are unchanged. The majority of information pertaining to irradiated fuel was restored from Rev. 0, but with changes to reflect the current methodology.
