material, he shall record both the shipper's and receiver's information h

en the Form NRC-741 and transmit pursuant' to 'Section 70.54 of 10 CFR

If the licensee is not the receiver of the materiai, he shall crevide the shipper's informatien c the receiver of the snaterial for inclusion en ;he receivers Fem NRC-741.

2.

The licensee shall nctify the appropriate regional Safeguards Branch,

Office of Inspecticn and Enfercement, immadiately, by telephone or telegram, if entry of any imper: shicment authorized bv this license is refused by the U.S. Customs Service.

3.

Eacn time material is im orced, the licensee shall shcw the original k

of the license to U.S. Custcms as authority for the imoort.

The criginal of the license showing :ne imported cuantity shall be surren-

,dered to U.S. Customs wnen the final transaction under the license is ccepleted.
