Your letter of November 16, 1979 to the Office of the Secretary with its enclosures has been forwarded to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board.
The Board did in fact conduct public hearing sessions in this proceeding on November 16, 1979 at the Hershey Little Theater, Hershey, Pennsylvania, exactly as stated in the notice, news accounts and advertisements.
We received many statements from the public.
We regret that your representative was unable to participate.
Your letter and the Londonderry Township Supervisor's Resolution is being served upon the parties to this pro-ceeding and they will be made a part of the official record.
