ORDER RELATIVE TO THE SECOND STIPULATION CONCERNING SUFFOLK COUNTY CONTENTIONS (January 7, 1980)
On November 5, 1979, the Applicant submitted "Second Stipulation Regarding Certain Suffolk County Contentions" dated November 2, 1979, and signed by the Applicant, Suffolk County and the NRC Staff.
The Board's Memorandum of November 16, 1979 requested clarification of certain parts of the Stipulation.
The Staff responded on December 4, the Applicant on December 14 and Suffolk County on December 18, 1979.
The Board accepts the Second Stipulation but puts the parties on notice that it expects as a minimum that the paragraph relative to reactor coolant system leakage (appearing at the top of page 2 of the Stipulation) will be incorporated 1756 109 8001160OS3 G

into the Technical Specifications.
If this does not occur, we will condition our decision, if it authorizes the issuance of the license, to require the paragraph in the Technical Specifications.
