License No. 49-16194-02 NOTICE OF VIOLATION Based on the results of the NEC inspection conducted on September 5,1979, certain activities appear to be in noncompliance with the conditions of your NRC License No.49-161 94-02 as indicated below:

Contrary to License Condition 12, licensed material was not always used in the physical presence of an authorized individual during the period April 5,1978 to September 5,1979.

This is an infraction.
