Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
On October 15, 1979, Virginia Electric and Power Comoany announced that it is undertaking a feasibility study of North Anns Units 3 % 4 This action was promoted by the growing uncertainties associated with the construction and operation of nuclear oower olants. We estimate that this study will take a5 cut six months to one vear.
The ourpose of this letter is to advise vou regarding all outstanding items reoorted under 10CFR50.55fe) and Part ?l; 5elow is a list of these items.
