Dear Congressman Lagomarsino:
Thank you for your recent letter dated September 28, 1979, forwarding a letter from Louise Radcliffe which, in turn, transmitted corr.ents from the League of Women Voters of San Luis Ohispo, California, on an Advance Notice of Rulemaking issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. This notice solicited comments from all interested parties.
We had already received the comments from the League directly; and, as is our practice, they are being considered and used along with all other comments received in the development of the proposed rule changes. As a part of the rulemaking process, the disposition of all comments is documented. We will be happy to send you a copy of that information when it is available.
