Re: Nine Mile Point Unit 1 Docket No. 50-220 DPR-63 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54 (p), enclosed for your information are five (5) copies of changes to the approved Nine Mile Point Unit 1 Security Plan. These changes have been reviewed by the Site Operations Review Committee and the Safety Review and Audit Board.
The specific changes are set forth in Attachment A.
Supporting information, which demonstrates that the changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the security plan, is set forth in Attachment B.
Pursuant to Section 2.790 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Part 9.5.1 of the Ccmmission's Regulations, we hereby request that the material submitted with this letter be withheld from public disclosure.
