Arkansas Power and Light Company Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit No. 1 Docket No. 313 NOTICE OF VIOLATION Based on the results of an NRC i.tspection conducted during the period of September 9 - October 5, 1979, it. appears that certain of your activities were not conducted in full compl.cnce with NRC regulations and the conditions of your license, DPR-51, as indicated below:
Technical Specification 6.8.1 requires that, " Written procedures shall be established, implemented, and maintained covering... a.
The applicable procedures recommended in Appendix A" of Regulatory Guide 1.33."
As required in paragraph A of Appendix A to Regulatory Guide 1.33, Pro-cedure GCP 300 " Nuclear Licensing Document Control" has been established.
Section 4.4.7.2 of this procedure requires that each designated person having a copy of the Q-List shall ensure that his Q-List is kept up to date with all amendments.
Contrary to the above, three members of the AP&L staff were found to have outdated copies of the Unit 1 Q-List.
This is an infraction.
