Inspection 70-1143/79-05 This refers to your letter dated September 28, 1979, in response to our letter dated September 6,1979.
With regard to your statement concerning the " technical justification" for the stacking of subcrits as presented in your letter of July 21, 1979, as explained in our letter of September 6,1979, License No. SNM-1120 does not authorize the stacking of subcrits, and the ite.m as presented was properly identified as noncompliance of a deficiency category.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter of September 28, 1979. These actions will be examined during a subsequent inspection of your licensed program.
