50-260 50-296 In my Novembsr 16, 1979, letter to you, TVA provided additional clarification and details regarding our initial response to NUREG-0578 which was transmitted to you on October 17, 1979.
In a November 29, 1979, telephone conversation, C. Thomas and R. Clark of your staff raised additional concerns related to our November 16 response on NUREG-0578 items 2.1.3.b and 2.1.9.
As agreed to at the conclusion of this telephone conversation, TVA (as a member of the BWR Owners' Group) commits to accept and implement the BWR Owners' Group positions on these items as accepted by the NRC's Bulletins and Orders Task Force.
