Docket 50-289 Recuest to Make Limited Appearance The Pennsylvania Voice of Energy is a group of citizens concerned over the effects which a lack of energy will have on our families, our society, and our way of life. Some of our members live in the area served by the Three Mile Island Plant.
We have a stake in the operation of Three Mile Island Unit 1, and, in accordance with Section 2.715(a) of 10 CFR 2, request permission to make a limited appearance for the purpose of making an oral statement at the forth-coming public hearing by the ASLB when it considers the appropriateness of resuming operation of the Three Mile Island Unit 1.
