UCK QE3 79 FINAL REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector M. Thomas on June 18, 1979, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e).
Interim reports were submitted on July 16, 1979, August 8, 1979, and September 12, 1979.
Enclosed is our final report.
This deficiency has also been reported on Bellefonte and Watts Bar Nuclear Plants as NCR's QEB 79-4 and QEB 79-3, respectively.
