Re: RII:JP0 50-389 I & E Bulletin 79-14 Florida Power & Light Company has reviewed the issues presented in 79-14, Seismic Analyses For As-Built Safety-Related Piping Systems. St. Lucie Unit 2 has only recently begun installation of seismic r tegory I piping.

The construction QC program will follow the progress of all such instal-lation to ensure that all seismic Category I piping is installed in accordance with the drawings used for tne seismic analyses.
