Dear Mr. Arnold:
During the meeting of Noverber 14, 1979, and its continuation on Novenber 16, members of tae staff discussed in detail open items in our review and the information which will be required for their resolution.
We also identified the schedule necessary for issuance of a safety evalyation by early January,1980. The key elements of that schedule are:
Staff document information required 11/21/79 Licensee provide required information 11/28/79 This schedule is acknowledged to be tight, but failure to meet it or to provide complete and adequate information will probably result in equiva-lent delays in issuance of the safety evaluation.
