With these modifications our review of SEP Topic I1-2.D is complete and will be a basic input to the integrated assessment of your facility.

All raccrders for the onsite neteorological system described in
-::i: :'-2.E Or.I':s Mstscrolo;ical Measurements Pro;rar are readily available to the control room operators. These include wind direction speed, temperature at 33', and the temperature differential from 33 feet to 195 feet. The primary recording system is floppy disks with analog strip charts provided as a backup. The analog recorders provide the control room personnel with a visual display of the meteorological data on real time basis.
In addition to the analog recorder strip charts, 15 minute averages of measured meteorological parameters are automatically printed out by a teleprin+er located in the control room on a real time basis.
On the basis of our review we have concluded that the Yankee Rowe plant has sufficient neteorological data provided in the control room to assess cor.ditions at the site during and following an accident for the enactment of emergency plans and to estimate the magnitude of the potential hazard, This is in conformance with the S.R.P. 2.3.3 and Regulatory Guide 1,23, Consideration of meteorological data in the emergency plans will be reviewed under Topic XIII-1, " Conduct of Operations,"
This completes the evaluation of this SEP topic.
