Your Notice of Violation dated September 24, 1979 required a response by October 25, 1979.
We are in the process of performing an extensive evaluation of the entire QA/QC effort at the CPSES site and will incorporate the results of the completed evaluation into our response.
We plan to submit our report not later than November 30, 1979.
