I write to request a copy of the Special Nuclear Materials License issued to Atomics International, a division of Rockwell International, for their Canoga Park California and Santa Susana California facilities.,
m This request includes any amendments to the SNM license and annexes or anpendices.
If you determine that some of or all of the requested material is exempt from release, I would appreciate your advising me as to which exemptions you believe covers the ma terial which you are not releasing.
I am p: epa red to pa y reasonable costs for locating the file and reproducing it.
As you know, the amended Act permits you to reduce or waive the fees if that it "is in the public interest because furnishing the information can be considered as prima rily benefiting the public."
I believe that this request plainly fits that category and ask you to waive the fees.
