A. F. Gibson and G. H. Williams on January 30 - February 12, 1979, to mview circunstances surrounding the unauthorized rmoval of two containers of 002 powder frun our facility.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d), General Electric Conpany requests that Enclosure 1, Investigation Report 70-1113/79-04, to this letter be withheld frun public disclosure since this attachment identifies details of the General Electric contml and accounting pmcedums for safeguarding licensed special nuclear material.
