Dear Mr. Bond:

Concerning my letter dated February 16,1968 in the above captioned matter and your reply dated February 20, 1968, I am pleased to inform you that Mr. Ralph E.

Neidig, Vice President of the Metropolitan Edison Company, accompanied by Mr. John G. Miller, Chief Engineer and Mr.

George F. Bierman, Project Manager, conferred with the Board of County Commissioners on Wednesday, March 13th to discuss The Three Mile Island Nuclear Station Unit No.1.

These gentlemen fully and completely discussed the many ramifications of the program as it affects the County of Dauphin and its people. All of our questions were answered in a most satisfactory manner.

Based on the information which we have received we certainly have no objection to this contemplated program.

Yours truly,
