s In the Matter of Metropolitan Edison Company B
Docket No. 50-289
Dear Mr. Bond:
Concerning the above captioned matter. I am writing as Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners of Dauphin
' County.
The Board has received during the last year voluminous documentation involving The Three Mile Island Nuclear Station Unit No. 1.
In view of the nature of this project and its obvious importance, our Board would appreciate it if you would send a representative to explain the significance of the prop'esed plan to the County of Dauphin and its people.
Since it is not our intention to attempt to understand all of the ramifications of the program but only to learn how it affects our County, we would not anticipate that the conference would take more than perhaps one-half hour.
The best time for our Board would be 10:00 A. M., some Monday, Wednesday or Friday in March or April.
We would appreciate if you could give us alternate dates.
Yours truly, rz= A h E
