Dear Mr. Miller:
On January 24, 1973, we met with members of your organization to discuss details of the non-radiological technical specifications related to the licensing and operation of the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2.
At that meeting it was agreed that you would submit a revised draf t of these technical specifications to us by March 1,1973. We have not yet received this material.
In order to establish a revised licensing review schedulo, we need a firm estimate of the date the required draft of the technical speci-fications will be available. Please inform us within 7 days after receipt of this letter of the date you will be able to meet.
