lio information was provi~ded concerning liquid pathways. The average blowdown rate is about 40 cfs and may be sufficient for use with our previously agreed to "first-cut" guidelines.
flowever, if additional dilution factors and travel times are required, please let us know as soon as possible so that our analyses can be initiated without undue delay. There should be sufficient information in the SAR and ER to determine more refined dilution factors and travel times, however, depending on the degree of analysis required, more information may be needed.
